Ms. Saltsman is an experienced engineer and business leader in both onshore and offshore sectors of the petroleum industry with her primary focus on onshore unconventional and shale developments. Prior to joining Bruin, Ms. Saltsman served as Vice President Development—New Ventures at Ursa Resources Group II LLC. She previously served as the Development Operations Manager for Shell’s Haynesville asset managing the asset start-up from post-acquisition 1 rig to a peak of 10 operated rig program as well as Non-operated activity by 50/50 JV partner. Throughout her 10 years at Shell, she held a variety of facilities, reservoir, business planning/strategy and leadership roles across both Exploration (Alaska, Rockies, GOM) and Development (Haynesville, Barnett Shale, South Texas, GOM). Ms. Saltsman began her Industry career with Texaco serving as facilities and project engineer for both Gulf of Mexico and International developments. Ms. Saltsman graduated in 1998 from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
